An award-winning writer, I specialize in ghostwriting books, and writing marketing and public relations materials, and articles.

My career began in 1977, and for the next 11 years I held several full-time writing jobs. Since 1988, I have freelanced full-time. Decades of experience give me in-depth knowledge of many types of written material. And because I have worked with numerous editors and marketing and public relations professionals, and for a wide variety of corporate clients, agencies, and publications, I am able to quickly get up to speed, understand your needs, and meet your requirements.

I Write

Books:
I authored The Unofficial Guide to Hiring and Firing People (Macmillan). In addition, I am also a very experienced ghostwriter. Pocket Books, John Wiley & Sons, and Dearborn/Kaplan, among others have published books I ghostwrote, in addition to self-published titles. If you need a book or other project ghostwritten, please see my discussion about ghostwriting on this website.

Marketing and communications materials:
I have years of experience writing newsletters, case studies, brochures, white papers, collateral materials, video and radio scripts, website copy, annual reports, public relations materials, and corporate histories.

Articles:
My portfolio includes more than 1,000 published articles and columns. These cover marketing, management, finance, investing, human resources, technology, corporate profiles, and more.

How I work:
• I work quickly, adapt to your needs, follow through on projects, and meet deadlines.
• I listen to you, willingly follow directions, and work hard to meet – and exceed – your expectations.
• A job is not completed until you are satisfied. I make changes and accommodations – with a smile.

What I charge:
Quality writing is a great bargain. I am efficient and provide high quality and good value for your money. I typically work on a flat-fee-per-project basis.
